It gave my Dad back his confidence to walk without hanging onto walls. He backed up and missed his chair the other day and slid down the front of his recliner. I watched him flip himself around onto one knee and raise himself back up with very little struggle. He is 87, and he said it is even clearing up some of his dizziness!
